Our deal pipeline, due diligence process, and loan management services ensure that anyone qualifying as a sophisticated investor can access quality, mortgage-backed, secure income streams on their capital. Archer Private manages the day to day tasks involved in establishing, monitoring, and organising a loan; creating transparent, secure, and sophisticated private funding solutions for our borrowers and private lenders.

GEE TAGGAR
Managing Director
Gee is the founder of Archer Private and has been the Managing Director of the company since its inception. With over 10 years experience in banking and finance, Gee started his career in one of the big four banks and was an award-winning banker. Gee then started his own mortgage broking company and went on to win Adviser Magazine’s “30 Under 30 in Australia” award in his first year in business. Gee has extensive experience working and dealing with high net worth clients over the years. Archer Private is a dream Gee had to be able to provide finance to people who banks didn’t want to help. Gee’s goal is to grow Archer Private and significantly change the way businesses across Australia access capital. He is responsible for the daily management of the company.
JOHN EID
Business Development Manager
John started his career in banking and finance in 2010 and succeeded in roles across operations, sales, portfolio and relationship management, as well as leadership. On a day to day basis, he advises direct clients and mortgage brokers, as well as accountants, about their clients’ complex lending needs to determine solutions. He also specialises in advice on property development, investment, and commercial lending needs.
LAUREN BENNETT
Communications Manager
Lauren Bennett joined the team at Archer Private as Communications Manager in October 2020. Her role is to look after all of our communication platforms. Lauren is a Melbourne-based, internationally raised, copywriter and communications consultant. Lauren has worked across multiple industries, including the arts, education, and financial services, providing tailored communications solutions. She enjoys working with start-ups, independent companies, emerging businesses, and artists to help them best engage with their audiences and meet their goals. Lauren is excited to be on board at Archer Private, and can’t wait to meet you all through our various socials and comms platforms!
RUSHDIE FAIZAL
Loan Analyst
Rushdie is responsible for managing the deal pipeline from application through to settlement of a loan. Rushdie has completed a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, is committed to providing great communication and support to our Mortgage Brokers, and is vastly experienced in complex loan models. He has a passion for working with numbers and enjoys helping Brokers and Clients achieve their financial goals. Rushdie joined Archer Group in late 2017 and is an integral part of the team.
