Lenders & Loans
Loan terms typically range from one to twelve months and are tailored to suit the requirements of both the borrower and Lender (you). Information on each loan is available for your reference, enabling you to make informed decisions. Once you have agreed to fund a particular loan, an agreement between Archer Private and the Lender (you) clearly documents the responsibilities and benefits to both the Lender and Archer Private.
Our Services
We understand the day to day management of a loan can be time-consuming. Archer Private will carry out all day to day tasks involved in establishing, monitoring, organising payment of interest, and repayment of the loan. We will provide you with up to date reports on the progress of each loan. As a Lender, you are always registered as a Mortgagee on each loan you fund and it is always secured by real property. As with any decision involving your money, we recommend that you seek professional financial advice.
The opportunity to lend using Archer Private’s services is open to trusts including Self Managed Super Funds, companies and individuals. Archer Private is not seeking an investment in Archer Private or a fund controlled by Archer Private. We do not hold your funds awaiting opportunities to lend, and your money is only used in the specific investments that you choose.
